Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes, tester bottles, or samples
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction with scent
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- The wrong item
- A damaged item due to shipping
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
